Pretty good place to go, had Philly Steak with tots which was good. The only thing I had against it was some of the writing for the prices wasn't very clear on the menu. Would definitely go back for sure.
I used to eat here often and always tipped big normally as much as my meal if not double. Went there today sat for about 20 minutes waiting to be served watched other cars pull in after me and get served and nothing. I was right in front of doors ive been coming here for about 10 years. I had always recommended this to anyone from my area coming up here but after what i saw today i will not be back nor will i recommend it to anyone. I would give it a negative rating if i could.
We ordered 2 kids meals, 1 adult meal and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger size was smaller that a burger from Steak ‘n Shake. I ordered a bbq sandwhich, and it was awful, barely any sauce. I requested a side of bbq sauce and they brought me marinara, which of course we didn’t realize until we got home. They forgot the fries on our kids meals so we didn’t even receive what we paid for. Our total was over $50 and the portions were so extremely small. This place used to be a favorite of ours but just were so disappointed for the amount we paid, and the amount we received. Save your money people, it’s worth going out to dinner somewhere like Logan’s, or Ocoee dam deli. You may spend $50 or more there but you’ll at least get all your food, and better portions for the price!
2 yrs ago this place were awesome! Today it took us 48 minutes to receive our chow.. Our chow were soggy and one kids meal had a whopping 5 tots in it and 3/4 of one chicken tender... my patty on my burger is burnt to a crisp and actually crunchy to bite into.. Looks like it's the end of our run here... I hope things turn around there.. Sad to see our fav spot end up like this...
haven't eaten here in years remembered it being good wanted to try it again. shouldn't have. portion sizes are ridiculously small and when I asked the server he said they got shipped different onion rings that were smaller. I said so you're telling me I'm paying the same amount for less food. and he didn't have an answer. I said this order of onion rings is 4.79 cents and the side of the kids side. I asked if I could have more since he stated they got smaller onion rings in and he said if I was going to pay for it. you can say what you want but in no world is this worth 4.79 cents. it's about the size of a sauce plate IMO. food was okay but customer service was mehh. won't be going back. cool looking business but prices and customer service made the experience disappointing.
Don’t take this review strongly. It’s just a reflection of my thoughts while being in this space coming from Canada. #1 I got to say it’s extremely overrated for what it is. I ended up getting a chocolate milkshake which was aight. Wasn’t terrible but there was definitely nothing special. I didn’t try the food but all around it was strange. Fireworks were being blast right beside our car and under an electrical wire. There was a fire pit with a bunch of boxes in it so ashes were flying everywhere. It was just weird. Maybe next time I’ll try the food.
Too expensive and food is just OK. Our server was nice but it seemed like they didn’t have enough help. Lunch for 3 was $42 for not a lot of food. The burger had no seasoning or flavor. The shake was average and the old picnic table was kind of gross. Same food at Hardee’s, but Hardee’s is not so expensive.
Shake shack is one of two restaurants that I’ve ever given a 5 star review to. They have some of the best food in Cleveland and at the best price too. It’s such a unique experience to pull up and be served in your car. I highly recommend you bring the family here for a night out. Recommend any burger or any side and finish it off with a shake!
